Our Policy

Authors are strongly encouraged to finalize their decision to publish before submission, as withdrawing a manuscript after it has entered peer review or completed publication is treated as an exceptional circumstance.

• A manuscript withdrawn after peer review or after publication attracts a withdrawal charge — ₹1,500 for authors based in India, and USD 100 for authors from other countries, per article.
• Articles withdrawn while already in the final stages of the publication process will also be subject to this withdrawal fee.
• Every withdrawal request is reviewed individually by the editorial board, and only requests backed by genuine, well-substantiated reasons are considered for approval.
• Decisions made by the editorial board regarding a withdrawal request are final and are not open to further negotiation.
• Attempts to withdraw a manuscript through improper channels, or a failure to respond to the editorial board's communication regarding a withdrawal request, may result in a ban on future submissions from the author(s) involved, with their affiliated institution notified accordingly.

Publication Hub works to have every journal in its portfolio recognized by leading indexing bodies such as EMBASE, SCOPUS, DOAJ, PubMed, and Web of Science. That said, the final decision to index — or continue indexing — a journal rests entirely with the respective indexing authority, and Publication Hub cannot guarantee indexing status for any journal or article.
